Leadman/Foreman

Job description NextGen Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Foreman/Leadman to join our team. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and capable of leading a crew while keeping jobs moving efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a sit-in-the-truck role. Responsibilities Oversee and lead field crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites Read and follow blueprints/plans Coordinate materials, manpower, and daily jobsite activities Ensure work is completed safely and correctly Communicate with management regarding job progress and issues Help train and guide crew members Maintain professionalism on job sites and with customers

Requirements:

Prior mechanical/construction leadership experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lead by example Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
