Asphalt and Sealcoat Laborer

Overview Growing paving and sealcoating company with two different open positions, looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our crew immediately! Join our team and be a vital part of creating smooth, durable driveways and parking lots! In this role, you will assist with asphalt, sealcoating, crack filling and various tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently. Position 1: General Laborers (Sealcoating & Asphalt) Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling Site prep- Load/unload materials and equipment- Follow crew leader instructions Maintain job site cleanliness Must be dependable and ready to work Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Valid driver's license preferred Team oriented attitude Being able to drive trailer a plus Position 2: Sealcoating Tank Operator Responsibilities Operate sealcoating tank and related equipment Lead and manage crew on job sites Oversee daily job tasks, and productivity Ensure quality control and safety standards are met Handle minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Prior experience in sealcoating/paving Leadership experience strongly preferred Ability to run a crew and work independently Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Mechanical experience a plus Being able to drive trailer a plus What we offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady work during the season Opportunity for growth and advancement Fast paced, team driven environment Join us today!
