We're hiring an Asphalt Paving Laborer to support our paving crew on residential and commercial sitework projects. This is a physically active, hands-on role working directly with the paving team and equipment. Experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of asphalt paving and road construction Perform "shoeing" of asphalt to help achieve smooth, even finishes Rake, shovel, and lute asphalt materials behind the paver Support paving machine operators and crew members Help with site prep, cleanup, and traffic control Follow foreman instructions and maintain job site safety

Qualifications:

Asphalt or construction experience preferred Ability to perform heavy physical labor in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and team attitude Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends Valid driver's license
