Coastline Contracting is a local leader in asphalt paving, grading, and sitework throughout eastern North Carolina. We take pride in our quality workmanship, reliable service, and strong team culture.
Position Summary:
We're looking for dependable Grading Crew Members to assist with site grading, excavation, and prep work for paving and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist operators and foremen on grading projects Perform shoveling, raking, and setup tasks as directed Maintain tools and equipment Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Experience in grading or construction preferred Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $25.67 per hour
