Full Job Description About Us:
Coastline Contracting is a local leader in asphalt paving, grading, and sitework throughout eastern North Carolina. We take pride in our quality workmanship, reliable service, and strong team culture.
Job Position Summary:
Join our Paving Crew and help build and maintain roads, parking lots, and commercial projects across eastern NC. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with paving operations (raking, shoveling, lute work, etc.) Work safely around heavy equipment and hot asphalt Help maintain a clean and efficient job site Support operators and foremen as needed
Qualifications:
Construction or paving experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
