Equipment Operator/ Curb Setter

Job Summary Cut To Fit Co., LLC is a locally owned granite curbing, hardscaping, and excavation company based in Concord, NH. We are looking for a skilled Equipment Operator and Curb Setter to join our crew. In this role, you will operate heavy equipment, set curbs, and support hardscape and excavation work on active job sites across New Hampshire. Duties Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and loaders to prepare sites and move materials Set granite curbing and sidewalks to grade and alignment per project specifications Perform equipment inspections and follow all on-site safety protocols Coordinate with crew on layout, grading, and sequencing for smooth project execution Support hardscaping and excavation tasks as needed Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations Ability to read plans, blueprints, and project specifications accurately Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required for operating large vehicles on-site or between locations Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions Join the Cut To Fit crew and do work that shows.
