Landscaping / Equipment Operator

Landscaping / Equipment Operator NH Excavation LLC is hiring a motivated Landscaping / Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This position involves primarily skid steer and mini excavator work, along with general site labor as needed. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable operating equipment in residential and light commercial environments. This role requires the ability to work both as part of a team and independently, depending on the job. Responsibilities Operate skid steer and mini excavator safely and efficiently Perform grading, loam installation, driveway prep, and general site work Assist with lawn installs, drainage, and excavation projects Perform manual labor including raking, cleanup, and material handling Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and professional Requirements Experience operating skid steer and mini excavator preferred Understanding of grading and site preparation a plus Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently or alongside a crew Schedule Work hours will vary depending on the project and workload Seasonal outdoor work with steady opportunities during peak season What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a reputable excavation company Professional and respectful work environment
