Core Responsibilities Layout and Striping :

Precisely marking parking stalls, arrows, and traffic lines on asphalt or concrete surfaces according to blueprints or existing layouts.

Equipment Operation :

Operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as walk-behind airless sprayers.

Surface Preparation :

Cleaning pavement using blowers or brooms and potentially removing old paint with grinders to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Stenciling and Signage :

Using stencils for ADA-compliant handicap symbols, fire lanes, and no-parking zones, as well as installing wheel stops or signs. Indeed +5

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods. Attention to
