Asphalt Laborer

Duties Assist with site preparation, including grading and utility locating to ensure proper foundation for paving projects Support heavy equipment operators by handling tools and materials needed for asphalt laying and compaction Operate or assist with dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks Help with the setup and maintenance of paving equipment Support the loading and unloading of asphalt materials using dump trucks or other heavy machinery Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards Requirements Prior construction site experience is preferred but not mandatory Basic knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as dozer, loader, backhoe, grader, or front loader truck is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times Must have a reliable form of transportation to work. Valid driver's license; experience operating equipment or similar machinery is beneficial Must be able to pass a drug test and future random tests. Join us! Pay:

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
