Hiring:
Equipment Operator (Lawn Renovations & Site Prep) Full-Time | Huron, OH Hey, I'm Jack Morris, owner of Turf Rehab. We're looking for an experienced equipment operator who takes pride in their work and knows how to create a clean, finished product. This role is focused on lawn renovations, grading, site preparation, and operating equipment. If you're the type of person who enjoys running a machine and seeing a rough property transformed into a finished lawn, keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Operating skid steers and attachments including Harley rakes Grading and preparing sites for seeding and sod Lawn renovation work Moving and spreading topsoil Final grading and finish work Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment Supporting landscape installation projects as needed What We Want 3+ years operating skid steers or similar equipment Experience with grading and site preparation Ability to create smooth, finished grades Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Driver's license required Trailer towing experience preferred The interview process will include a hands-on equipment evaluation. Be prepared to demonstrate your skills and discuss previous projects you've completed. Competitive pay based on experience.
