Join a team where your leadership drives progress.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the asphalt milling crew. Ensure proper setup and operation of milling equipment for smooth, consistent, and aligned asphalt milling. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Calculate daily project budget based on crew and equipment size. Accurately calculate and order daily truck counts. Manage truck counts throughout the day to reduce costs and best utilize the trucking fleet. Hold daily safety meetings with assigned crew including weekly toolbox talks. Ensure crew members are completing all safety tasks assigned to them. •Assist with light mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting of milling equipment. Manage traffic control during milling operation Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt paving construction. Flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and Saturdays. Valid U.S. Driver's License (Required). Must pass a company-paid drug test. Knowledge of job site safety protocols and equipment safety checks. Strong understanding of asphalt mixes, materials, and plant operations. Ability to work in extreme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely.
