Seal coating & asphalt maintenance

Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and inspecting for cracks or damage before applying seal coats Apply seal coat using spray or brush methods to protect asphalt surfaces from weathering and extend their lifespan Perform asphalt repairs including crack filling, patching, and surface leveling to maintain safety and quality standards Maintain safety protocols on-site by following OSHA guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with other construction tasks related to asphalt paving and site preparation as needed Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Construction or asphalt maintenance experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating certain vehicles; also ability to drive pick-up truck and trailer is preferred If you're eager to build a career in asphalt maintenance with a team that values safety, quality craftsmanship, and professional growth, we want to hear from you!
