Perform lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Follow established quality control procedures and testing standards Analyze test data and help identify and correct quality issues Maintain accurate records and documentation Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment Support continuous improvement and team development What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.
