Asphalt Maintenance & Sealcoating Location:
West Chester, PA Type:
Full-time seasonal / year-round
Pay:
$20-$28/hr (based on experience) + potential overtime and performance bonuses
Overview:
Looking for reliable, hardworking crew members to perform sealcoating, crack repair, line striping, and related asphalt maintenance tasks. Join a small team with steady work, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply pavement sealer using squeegees, brushes, spray rigs, and hand tools Clean and prepare surfaces (power blowing, sweeping, scraping) Repair cracks and potholes (routing, filling, compacting) Operate and maintain small equipment and pavement sealcoating rigs Load/unload materials and set up traffic control (cones, signs) Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat worksite Communicate with foreman and crew; arrive on time
Qualifications:
Experience required or similar related skills Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Valid driver's license; reliable transportation to jobsite Team player, punctual, safety-minded Experience operating pavement equipment, trucks, or skid steers a plus
