Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays Satterfield Construction Company is seeking an Asphalt Foreman to lead our paving crew. What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on job sites Plan daily work activities and keep projects on schedule Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew assignments Communicate with supervisors, customers, and team members Train and mentor crew members

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in asphalt paving and crew leadership Strong knowledge of paving operations, equipment, and safety Ability to lead by example and keep crews motivated Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Why Work With Us?
