Job Description

Johner Paving is hiring dependable, hardworking team members for the 2026 season. Roller or paver experience is a strong plus — but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and related equipment Perform asphalt handwork when needed Follow crew leadership and safety standards Work as part of a tight-knit paving team What We're Looking For Reliable and motivated Willing to learn and take direction Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work 8+ hours outdoors Comfortable working around heavy equipment and loud environments What We Offer Work in the Black Hills of South Dakota Mostly Monday-Friday schedule (occasional weekends) 401(k) + company match Health insurance Family-oriented company culture On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Join a company where your work matters and your skills grow.
