In this vital role, you will not need any experience as we will provide you with the training/certifications and knowledge to perform all task to help ensure high-quality paving projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your mechanical knowledge while teaching you how to operate various different types of heavy equipment so that you may be able to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects while also providing you with all other scope and duty's to make you more valuable in the construction industry.

MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION

Duties Include but not limited too: Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and site safety procedures. Support other construction activities such as concrete finishing and site cleanup to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, small milling heads, sweepers Strong understanding of construction site procedures, safety standards, and equipment maintenance Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards Join our team if you're passionate about building roads and surfaces that stand the test of time!
