ROCCWORKS, LLC
is hiring an experienced asphalt paver operator to join our team. We specialize in utility patch paving for underground contractors and utility districts, along with residential driveway paving and sealcoating. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and can operate a paver with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Weiler P195 or similar asphalt paver. Run the paver in a straight line and produce a smooth, consistent mat. Operate and adjust the screed to maintain proper grade and thickness. Assist the crew with handwork, cleanup, and other duties when needed. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating commercial asphalt pavers. Experience running a screed is required. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
