Now Hiring - Laborer / Equipment Operator Join a growing excavation and grading team that takes pride in quality work, reliability, and getting the job done right. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for a Laborer / Equipment Operator position. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Job Duties Assist with excavation and grading projects Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and other equipment Perform site prep, trenching, drainage, and cleanup Help maintain equipment and job site safety Work as part of a fast-paced crew on residential and commercial projects Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Equipment operating experience is a plus CDL is a bonus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time work with overtime opportunities Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment
