We are looking to add a full-time Residential Foreman to our team. This team member will report to the Project Manager and manage the day-to-day activities of the crew and projects. Tasks and Responsibilities Lead daily a 1-2-man crew in all residential related activities. Digging, Installation of Sewer, Water, and Power, Backfill, Compaction, and various types of retaining walls. Lead the crew safely and efficiently. Desired Skills, Education and Experience Must be able to operate various types of heavy equipment. Must have 8 years of previous experience. Must be able to read plans and stakes. The ideal candidate will possess some, or most, of the following qualifications: 5+ years' experience in residential and/or commercial construction preferred
