Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various construction tasks on-site. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to the successful completion of construction sites, and develop valuable skills and site management. Candidates should be prepared to work in a physically demanding environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Assist with paving and site preparation activities Perform groundwork tasks as required Support construction operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures Assist with site cleanup and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation such as Caterpillar machinery is highly desirable Knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols Experience with utility locating and paving projects is a plus Familiarity with construction tools and machinery including dozer, loader, backhoe, grader, dump truck, and front loader truck Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment This position requires individuals who are dedicated, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to large-scale construction projects. Candidates with relevant heavy equipment operation skills will find this role both challenging and rewarding as they help build infrastructure while advancing their career in construction.
