Laborer Job Description Summary Application, including shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects. Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Other duties as assigned per supervisor. Requirements Must partner with crew members per plan specifications, and if need be, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met. Physical ability to shovel and to rake asphalt, stone, and dirt, as well as, manage traffic flow under extreme temperatures and for extended periods of time.
