PAVING CREW FOREMAN

POSITION SUMMARY A

Mr. Pave Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of asphalt paving projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This role involves leading a team of workers, coordinating with others, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and continuously reinforcing Mr. Pave's values and leadership culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage paving crews on-site Plan and execute paving projects from prep to final finish Ensure quality work that meets customer and company standards Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety protocols Keep projects on schedule and solve problems as they arise Coordinate materials and communicate with the Project Manager Inspect job sites and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), class A or B preferred Clean driving record Ability to work long hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends 3+ years experience in construction or paving Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment, up to 50 lbs
