HARDWORKING, EXPERIENCED

asphalt maintenance foreman who knows how to lead a crew, move production, and take pride in high-quality work. We are a fast-growing company doing commercial parking lots, roads, school districts, apartment complexes, and residential driveways throughout Wisconsin. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a true crew leader that can run jobs efficiently, push production, communicate professionally, and keep the crew moving all day.

Responsibilities:

Operate and run Crafco crack fill melters safely and efficiently Operate Bulk Tank and Sealcoat Trailers each day Lead sealcoating and crack filling crews on commercial and residential jobs Manage production and keep jobs on schedule Direct and motivate crew members on-site Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites Assist with asphalt paving operations on paving days Work directly with ownership to complete high-level projects Handle equipment responsibly and report issues immediately Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed

Requirements:

Prior experience in asphalt maintenance

REQUIRED

Prior foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred Experience running crack fill operations and commercial parking lot production Ability to work long summer hours and move with urgency Valid driver's license required (CDL is a PLUS) Must be dependable, motivated, and able to lead by example Ability to operate skid steers, blowers, spray systems, hot rubber equipment, etc. is a major plus
