In this role, you will be an essential part of the crew. Hands-on work assisting with construction tasks, supporting the paving process from start to finish. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in construction and heavy equipment operation. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Duties Assist with asphalt paving operations, including spreading and leveling asphalt materials. Willing to learn how to operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks to prepare and move materials, is a plus. Help with site preparation, including grading and ensuring surfaces are ready for paving. Skills Strong teamwork skills, with a positive attitude Ability to carry, lift and shovel heavy loads Early morning start time

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
