Provide timely technical support to customers, contractors, and internal personnel. Troubleshoot various boiler and control issues via multiple communication methods. Support installation, startup, and maintenance of ENERVEX systems. Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting, training, and performance verification. Collaborate with Engineering on product improvements and field issue investigations. Qualifications of the
Boiler Draft Systems Technician:
Experience in technical support for HVAC or boiler systems. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to interpret technical documentation and field data.
