The position is full-time and permanent, with union entry and company benefits. Job specifics will involve welding for repairs, modifications, or installations of various boiler components and associated equipment. Characteristics of a qualified applicant include: Experience welding on steel boilers Ability to work with stick weld General experience working on boilers and in boiler rooms Agreeable and self-motivated team member Enthusiastic about taking on assignments and responsibilities Detail-oriented, pride in their work, focus on quality Clear communication skills Capable of working in a professional environment and providing great customer service while on a job site Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Additional responsibilities could include: Driving a company vehicle Lifting tools, materials and equipment.
