Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and maintaining boilers, tanks, and closed vats. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, and repair boilers and other large vessels.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine specifications. Use tools and machines to cut, shape, and prepare materials for boilers. Inspect and test boiler systems to identify defects for troubleshooting. Follow safety procedures and work in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with engineers and other craftspeople to integrate and install equipment. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing systems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or technical degree in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a boilermaker or in a similar role. Proficient in reading technical diagrams and blueprints. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with welding, metalworking, and rigging techniques. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
