Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and related equipment across various industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems, contributing to the overall success of our clients' operations. Duties Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately assemble and repair boiler systems Fabricate metal components using welding, cutting, and shaping techniques to meet specifications Install, inspect, and maintain boilers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to boilers, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and other industrial equipment Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers and associated systems to optimize performance Collaborate with field service teams to diagnose problems on-site and execute repairs efficiently Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs and reports Qualifications Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar industrial mechanic role with a focus on boiler systems Strong mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and general industrial maintenance Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams with precision Skilled in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding for metal fabrication Experience working with industrial boilers or large-scale heating systems is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting equipment issues Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, craftsmanship, and innovation.
