Mason/ Brick Layer Worker

Blue View Builder is a growing modular construction company specializing in cold-form steel homes. Our mission is to is to make construction affordable by combining modular components, site-built construction, computer aided construction, and green initiatives. We are looking for a Mason/Brick layer worker to join our team and support our projects across California and beyond. Responsibilities Perform masonry and bricklaying tasks including laying bricks, blocks, and stone. Mix and apply mortar, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity. Collaborate with site teams to complete construction projects on schedule. Travel overnight to job sites as required (lodging provided, per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement if personal vehicle is used). Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently. Requirements 2-3 years of verifiable experience as a mason or bricklayer. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools. Willingness to travel overnight (home on weekends). Ability to work in varying environments (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Big Bear, Central Valley, and initially San Diego County). Commitment to teamwork and safety. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Per diem for meals at GSA rates. Lodging provided (typically AirBnB shared crew housing). Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
