Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardscape Foreman/Mason to join our team. This role is for someone who truly takes pride in their craft — someone who enjoys building projects that are meant to last and appreciates the satisfaction of standing back at the end of the day and knowing the work was done right. If you have a passion for craftsmanship, value structure and consistency, and enjoy leading by example while working alongside a dependable team, we'd love to talk with you. Gales Ferry What We're Looking For:
Experience in: ✅ Concrete paver installation (walkways, patios, driveways) ✅ Retaining walls (block, natural stone) ✅ Drainage systems ✅ Site prep & grading ✅ Masonry tools & equipment In addition to hardscape projects, candidates must be willing and able to assist with fall cleanups and snow removal as part of our year-round operations. We're a company that stands by our customers in every season — if the weather turns, we turn up. Bonus points if you can operate machinery, read plans, and lead a crew with confidence and respect. We value people who roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and believe in doing things the right way — not the fast way.
