Job Description

Mason Supervisor We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Atlanta. As a Mason Supervisor, your main responsibility will be managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our masonry projects. This includes overseeing the work of our team, ensuring quality standards are met, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working with tools
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our team of masons
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on site
  • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline
  • Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, or architects as needed regarding project updates or concerns
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance before finalizing projects
Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Atlanta (open to all nationalities)
