We are searching for a skilled bricklayer who will be responsible for constructing walls, partitions, arches, and other structures using bricks or similar materials. A bricklayer here would work on residential, commercial, and industrial masonry and bricklaying projects. Key Responsibilities Laying bricks, blocks, or stone according to plans and specifications Mixing and applying mortar or other bonding agents Reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific spaces Ensuring structures are level, aligned, and structurally sound Repairing and restoring existing brickwork Cleaning and maintaining tools and work areas Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials Ability to read construction drawings Physical strength and stamina Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic math skills (for measuring and calculating materials) Familiarity with tools like trowels, levels, and saws Work Environment Outdoor and indoor construction sites Physically demanding (lifting, bending, standing long hours) Exposure to weather conditions and dust Requires safety gear like helmets, gloves, and goggles Pay & Benefits for Bricklayer Starting pay: $30-40/hour (based on experience and skill) Full-time position Benefits include: Health, dental, and life insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Flexible schedule Professional development support Supplemental insurance Schedule Monday to Friday If you're a bricklayer looking for steady work, growth opportunities, and a company that truly values our employees, we'd love to talk.
