Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Cabinet making and architectural millwork Furniture making and artisan woodworking Stone fabrication and stone finishing Decorative concrete and architectural concrete work Fine woodworking and precision fabrication High-end finishing and custom production work This position involves: Hand-finishing luxury brass faucets and shower fixtures using our proprietary aging techniques Creating consistent, high-quality aged brass and nickel finishes Inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment nationwide Maintaining shop materials and inventory levels Working within a small team focused on craftsmanship and quality The ideal craftsman: Enjoys working with their hands and building things Has a sharp eye for detail and finish quality Understands texture, material character, and surface finishing Appreciates timeless materials and authentic craftsmanship Works cleanly, consistently, and professionally Takes pride in creating products made by hand Has a strong work ethic and craftsman's mindset At Atmosphyre, craftsmanship comes first.
