Job Description

Mason Supervisor
  • Akron, USA We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Akron, USA.
As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. You will also be responsible for training and supervising new masons, as well as coordinating with other contractors and project managers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason
  • Proven leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have own transportation to job sites
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the
USA Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Supervise a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
  • Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
Salary:
$1800 per month This is a full-time position without accommodation. Only candidates with legal authorization to work in the USA will be considered.
