Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Installation Assistant/Helper to support our installation team. This entry-level position involves assisting with various tasks under the guidance of a Team Lead. The role requires physical labor, problem-solving, and teamwork. As you grow with us, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and advance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites. Carry and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) to and from company vehicles and job sites. Use company-provided tools such as grinders, clamps, screwdrivers, caulking guns, and more to assist with installations. Assist in the removal of debris and thorough cleanup of job sites. Collaborate with the team and follow instructions to ensure successful project completion. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 100 pounds). Valid driver's license. Ability to work overtime as needed. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
