The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chimney systems, masonry repairs, and working at heights. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Install various types of chimney liners for wood-burning, oil, gas, and other heating appliances. Perform basic masonry repairs, including brick and stone tuckpointing. Assist with chimney restoration, rebuilding, and general masonry work. Conduct inspections and identify chimney and fireplace issues. Safely access and work on residential and commercial roofs. Maintain a clean and professional job site. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience installing chimney liners is required. Knowledge of chimney systems and venting requirements for different heating appliances. Basic experience with brickwork, stonework, tuckpointing, and masonry repairs. Comfortable working on roofs and at various heights. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
