Learn more at www.bestintheburgh.com Key Responsibilities Perform precision tuck pointing and mortar joint restoration on brick, stone, and block surfaces Remove old mortar using hand and power tools Match mortar color and joint profiles for seamless appearance Clean and prepare surfaces before and after work is completed Work on both residential and commercial structures, including facades, chimneys, and walls Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule Read and follow project plans and instructions Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times Qualifications Minimum 3 years of tuck pointing or related masonry experience Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow with the company Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Benefits Weekly Pay Cycle Referral Bonus Program Apprenticeship/Mentor Training Opportunities Schedule Full-Time — Monday to
