Masonry Superintendent

Masonry Superintendent - Commercial Construction A leading masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Masonry Superintendent to oversee field operations across large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with a strong commercial masonry background who can manage large crews, coordinate schedules, and drive production while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site masonry operations across commercial and multifamily projects
• Manage large field crews, subcontractors, and job site personnel
• Coordinate schedules, sequencing, and material logistics across multiple phases
• Ensure all brick, block (CMU), and stone work meets project specifications
• Drive production and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
• Track progress and proactively resolve field issues
• Communicate updates with Project Managers, GCs, and leadership Qualifications
• 5-10+ years of masonry experience with superintendent-level leadership
• Strong experience on commercial or multifamily projects (apartments, schools, retail, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of CMU, brick veneer, and large-scale masonry production
• Proven ability to manage large crews and fast-paced job sites
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Stable work history within masonry or commercial construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$95,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience)
