  • Full-time Masonry Foreman Lead Skilled Masonry Projects with a Company That Values Craftsmanship We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or residential masonry projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong masonry knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of masonry experience and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or foreman role overseeing crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead masonry crews on active construction projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications Ensure quality workmanship on all masonry installations including: Brick, Block, Stone, Concrete masonry units (CMU) Schedule materials, equipment, and labor efficiently Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients Train and mentor crew members Monitor productivity and ensure projects stay on schedule Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on masonry experience Minimum 2 years of leadership, foreman, or crew supervision experience Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license OSHA certification preferred but not required What We Offer•
