Compensation Structure We invest in our crew from day one. Hourly pay based on experience and skill level

• Laying brick, block, and stone
• Building and repairing chimneys
• Performing tuckpointing and masonry repairs
• Mixing mortar and setting materials properly
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a crew
• Following project plans and foreman direction
• Working in various weather conditions You will be expected to produce quality work, stay productive, and represent the company professionally on every job site. What We're Looking For
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically throughout the day
• Basic knowledge of masonry tools and construction practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
