Job description 4/10 schedules with company vehicle "Seeking experienced lead remodeling carpenters, roofers, painters, and handyman/maintenance person" Company vehicle provided. We work 4/10s, and overtime is available upon request. Enjoy working with experienced trade professionals who want to learn. We have 40 full-time crew members working from the foundation to trusses. We've never laid anyone off, and we need your help to continue growing and serving our customers. If you have mastered your trade and can lead 1 to 4 crew members and share your knowledge with respectful apprentices, then please apply. We have talented staff eager to learn. We want you! If you enjoy remodeling Kitchens, Bathrooms, installing windows and doors, and framing to finish work, we need you. We will be busy all winter and into the next year. Depending on experience and attitude, but more than likely, more than you are making now. Proven experience as a roofer, maintenance, painter, and Carpenter Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of different types of wood, materials, and tools Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
