In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, from metal frameworks to intricate masonry and finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills across multiple trades, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in construction. Duties Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration to create solid foundations and structures Install rebar reinforcement in concrete projects to ensure structural integrity Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction activities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and plastering tasks Handle hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction processes Assist with metal stud framing and drywall installation in interior build-outs Support remodeling projects by removing old materials and installing new fixtures or finishes Perform welding tasks as needed for structural connections or repairs Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related trades Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools confidently and safely Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and framing carpentry preferred Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments Valid certifications in welding or heavy equipment operation are a plus but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while delivering quality craftsmanship Join us as a and bring your construction expertise to life!
