Job Description

Overview We are a growing construction and landscape company based in Flagstaff, AZ , specializing in residential and commercial projects. Our team prides itself on craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism. We are now hiring a skilled Carpenter / Foreman who can take the lead on projects, maintain high-quality standards, and help guide our crew from start to finish. What you'll do The Carpenter / Foreman will handle a mix of hands-on carpentry work and site leadership. You'll oversee daily job operations, coordinate tasks with crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident managing both tools and people.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, finish work, trim, doors, windows, fencing, and decks. Lead and direct crew members on daily tasks and workflow. Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job documents. Communicate clearly with the project manager, clients, and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Safely load, secure, and transport materials and tools. Operate and pull a trailer safely to and from job sites (required). Monitor materials, tool needs, and job progress. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5+ years of carpentry experience, including framing and finish. Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable pulling and backing up a trailer. Own a reliable set of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lead a crew, work independently, and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supervising small crews or managing small remodel projects. Familiarity with fencing, decking, or general residential/commercial remodels. Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
