Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our construction team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and themselves. We do full remodels and new construction start to finish. Skills in other trades such as drywall, plumbing, electrical, ect are a plus. Willing to train people who are motivated. Driver's license and vehicle are required. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components including wood framing, drywall, and concrete forms with precision and attention to detail. Execute finish carpentry tasks such as trim installation, siding, windows, and doors. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively on-site. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for framing, roofing, siding, restoration, and remodeling projects. Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, masonry work, roofing, siding, and remodeling projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation related to construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks within safety guidelines. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, plastering, stucco application, and drywall work. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely including forklifts or other machinery as needed on site. Excellent hand tool dexterity combined with familiarity with power tools used in carpentry and framing. Demonstrated experience in construction with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance.
