This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Foreman, you will oversee field crews, coordinate daily operations, and collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractors to deliver successful projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of concrete carpenters on active job sites Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities to meet project schedules and deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate formwork and structural execution Oversee layout, installation, and removal of concrete formwork systems Ensure all work meets quality standards, project specifications, and building codes Enforce and maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies Conduct daily safety meetings and proactively identify and correct job site hazards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity Utilize construction management software (Procore) for documentation and reporting Track and submit crew timesheets and daily reports Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and efficiency Step in and work alongside crew members as needed to support project success Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction (foreman or leadership experience preferred) Strong expertise in concrete formwork, foundations, flatwork, and site work Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Experience supervising crews on large-scale commercial job sites Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Requirements Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout Arizona Valid proof of identity and authorization to work in the U.S. Consistent, reliable attendance Pay rate is dependent on experience salary $1400 per week
