As a team member, you will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, safety, and efficiency. Your hands-on experience and knowledge will help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodel and tenant space improvements, while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment. Duties General Carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, light plumbing or electrical, concrete, Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with attention to detail and safety protocols Install rebar and execute masonry work to support foundation and structural components Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on-site Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, siding, and framing carpentry projects Conduct metal stud framing, trim carpentry, stucco application, siding installation, and basic plumbing tasks as required Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving drywall installation, plastering, carpentry, and heavy lifting Ensure proper use of safety gear and compliance with OSHA standards during all construction activities Assist with the operation of heavy equipment for site preparation or material handling when necessary Support project managers by maintaining accurate documentation of work progress and materials used Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on tenant space improvements, concrete work, remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction disciplines Experience in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing systems, building envelope, drywall finishing, painting, general construction tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Background in carpentry including framing carpentry, trim work, woodworking, and restoration projects Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols essential for maintaining a secure work environment Join our team as a multi skilled carpenter if you're passionate about building excellence!
