In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including metal building erection, concrete forming, and masonry work. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects by managing various aspects of construction operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a blend of technical skill, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structures are assembled accurately according to schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, finishing, and reinforcement installation, including rebar placement and concrete pouring Execute framing carpentry tasks such as woodworking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Conduct masonry work including stucco, siding, roofing, plastering, and restoration projects Collaborate with team members on remodeling and renovation projects while adhering to safety protocols Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities such as framing, roofing, or siding installation Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on site Maintain a clean and organized work environment while documenting progress through reports Qualifications Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or related trades Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety standards Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, plastering, and related skills listed above Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely Experience with framing carpentry including woodworking and metal stud framing Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly Knowledge of restoration techniques and remodeling processes is a plus Valid experience in using schematics for troubleshooting or project planning is desirable Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
