JOB DESCRIPTION
The majority of our clients are under distress due to an unfortunate disaster they weren't prepared for. They look at you as a lifesaver and someone with the experience and knowledge to put back their home. We are looking for a professional individual who takes pride in their work and commitment to serve our community. As a locally owned construction company, we believe it is important to support other local organizations. We offer insurance and a matching 401K plan as well as lots of opportunity for overtime. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced industry with an opportunity for growth.EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs a variety of rough and finish carpentry work. Performs skilled mill and cabinetwork involving construction, finishing, and repairing of buildings, Doors and other building-related items Drywall patch, tape, texture and finish. Painting Flooring and cabinet installs. Builds forms, operates planers, shapers, jointers, lathes, handsaws, and other woodworking machinery. Maintains tools and machinery in safe and efficient operating condition. May assist in fence repair, siding, roofing, and other outside work. May be required to work in other trade areas On-call shifts as scheduled for emergency services. Perform other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three-year carpentry experience desired
- One year apprentice or two or more years as a journeyman
- Licenses and Other Requirements
- DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance
