MUST

HAVE 5 OR MORE YEARS EXPERIENCE AND HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS PLUS RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

(VEHICLE) Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct building frameworks. Erect metal buildings, including metal stud framing and steel structures, ensuring precise measurements and alignment. Install concrete forms and rebar to prepare for pouring concrete foundations, floors, or walls. Execute framing tasks using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and welding equipment. Perform masonry work including stucco, siding, plastering, and other finishing techniques to enhance structural aesthetics. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, material handling, and structural assembly. Conduct roofing installations, trim carpentry, siding applications, and restoration work as needed to complete projects on time. Read and interpret construction plans accurately while coordinating with project managers and other tradespeople. Assist in construction management tasks by maintaining safety standards, documenting progress, and ensuring quality control. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor daily while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing or related trades such as carpentry or masonry. Strong knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and drywall finishing. Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining endurance throughout long workdays. Familiarity with construction management practices including safety standards and quality assurance. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse crews. Valid certifications in construction-related fields are a plus; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
